Jamestown police apprehend two individuals for unlawful entry into the Arcade Building.
On May 20, 2024, at approximately 6:00 pm, Jamestown Police officers responded to a report of unlawful entry at the Arcade Building. Upon arrival, officers located Kayla Wiberg, 32, and Dale Wagatha, 41, inside the building. Both individuals were arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree. Wagatha received an Appearance Ticket and was released, while Wiberg remains held pending arraignment due to previous failures to appear in court. Both are scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court.
