Gowanda, NY – Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb reports the arrest of Erin M. Parisi for driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. The incident occurred on May 21, 2024, at approximately 12:05 AM on Commercial St.
Parisi, 42, was charged with multiple vehicle and traffic law violations, including VTL 1192(01), VTL 1194(01B), VTL 1163A, and VTL0401(01A). Following the investigation, she was arraigned in Persia Town Court and released on an appearance ticket. Parisi is scheduled to return to Persia Town Court at a later date.
