Jamestown, NY – May 25, 2024 – A 39-year-old Jamestown resident, Richard C. Neal, was arrested for criminal trespass on Saturday evening after police responded to a report of a trespass in progress in the East part of the city.

Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s second platoon arrived at the scene around 6:54 PM and found Neal inside a condemned residence. Authorities confirmed that Neal had no legal right to be on the property. Following the investigation, Neal was taken into custody for third-degree criminal trespass.

Neal was subsequently transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he is currently being held pending arraignment at the Jamestown City Court.
