(WNY News Now) – Narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Jamestown Police Department, and Dunkirk Police Department executed a search warrant at 125 Harvard St., Jamestown, NY, on May 31, 2024. The operation, conducted at 12:55 PM, led to the arrest of three individuals and the alleged seizure of 8.9 grams of methamphetamine along with scales used for its distribution.

Darren Mushat, 39, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree. Crystal K. Graham, 44, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree. David Williams Sr., 56, faced charges including Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, along with an existing arrest warrant for Criminal Contempt in the 1st degree from Jamestown Court.

Graham was released with appearance tickets for the City of Jamestown Court, while Mushat and Williams were taken for arraignment. The raid is part of ongoing efforts by local law enforcement to combat drug activity in the area.
