Falconer, NY — Branden A. Brown, 33, has been charged with second-degree aggravated harassment following an alleged threat made via FaceTime on October 26, 2021.
Branden A. Brown of Falconer was accused of threatening bodily harm to the victim using a FaceTime app. The incident led to an arrest warrant, but Brown was not residing in the area at the time.
On May 24, 2024, Brown voluntarily surrendered to the Town of Ellicott police. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott court at a later date to address the charge.
