Jamestown Resident Dale R. Linkous Charged After Found in Basement
On June 2, Dale R. Linkous, a 26-year-old resident of Jamestown, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass in the second degree and harassment in the second degree. The Ellicott Police Department responded to a call regarding an unwanted subject at a local residence, where they found Linkous in the basement.
Upon discovering Linkous on the premises, officers took him into custody without incident. He was subsequently transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
