An early morning traffic stop in Olean led to the arrest of an 18-year-old woman for driving while intoxicated, raising concerns about teen drinking and road safety.
In the early hours of June 9, 2024, at 1:04 am, Hannah R. Horn, aged 18, was arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI) following a routine traffic stop on West State Street in Olean, NY.
Horn was initially taken to the Olean Police Department, where a breath test confirmed her intoxication. She was subsequently transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Olean substation for processing. Horn was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Olean City Court at a later date.
