Jamestown Resident Faces Multiple Charges After Domestic Incident
Jamestown, NY – On the night of June 15, 2024, Jamestown police responded to a call regarding a domestic disturbance on the city’s north side. Upon arrival, officers encountered a chaotic scene involving Roneicha D. Holmes, a 31-year-old resident of Jamestown, who was found to have caused significant property damage in the presence of children.
The incident, which occurred around 10:00 PM, escalated quickly, leading to Holmes’ arrest. According to the police report, Holmes became disorderly within the residence, prompting concerns for the welfare of the children present. Following a thorough investigation, Holmes was charged with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and two counts of Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree.
Holmes was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the city jail. She is currently being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
