In a late-night operation, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office detained Dakota N. Baker of Jamestown, NY, for driving while impaired by drugs and issued multiple traffic citations.
On June 15, 2024, at 11:56 PM, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Dakota N. Baker from Jamestown, NY, on West Perimeter Road in Coldspring, NY. Baker was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs (NYS VTL 1192-4) along with several other traffic violations, including operating a vehicle with a suspended license and improper lane use.
Upon the arrest, Baker received multiple uniform traffic tickets and was released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Cold Spring Court in July 2024.
