Jamestown, NY – On June 17th, Bradley M. Flagg, 21, of Jamestown, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and harassment in the second degree. The arrest followed an investigation into a complaint filed on June 3rd, where Flagg was alleged to have damaged property and harassed the victim.
Flagg was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Court at a later date to respond to the charges.
