Deputies Respond to Physical Altercation in Ripley

On June 19, 2024, at 9:15 AM, deputies were dispatched to a residence in Ripley, NY, following reports of a physical altercation. Tyler B. Milliron, a 29-year-old resident of Ripley, was taken into custody at the scene.

According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Milliron allegedly damaged property and assaulted another individual by punching and choking them. Following his arrest, Milliron was transported to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for processing.

Milliron faces multiple charges, including Assault in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Circulation. He was subsequently transported to Chautauqua County Jail to await the Centralized Arraignment Process.

  2. What else does he have to do before he’s not released again ? For gosh sakes..enough is enough !
