(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – On June 19, 2024, at approximately 7:37 AM, Jamestown police responded to a distress call from a west side residence after a young child fell from a second-story window. The child, discovered by first responders, was rushed to the hospital and treated for minor injuries.
The responding officers identified the child’s parents as Max P. Hubbard, 26, and Breanne Fuller, 22, both Jamestown residents. At the residence, authorities also found another toddler and an infant. A preliminary investigation alleges the home to be in deplorable conditions. Further details uncovered that the child who fell had allegedly been locked in a room with an open window overnight, without parental supervision.
As a result, Max P. Hubbard and Breanne Fuller have been charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. They are currently held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court.
