Timothy E. Prouty of West Valley, NY, was arrested on two bench warrants by Cattaraugus County authorities.
On June 21, 2024, at approximately 9:39 AM, Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb reported the arrest of Timothy E. Prouty, a 30-year-old resident of West Valley, NY. The arrest took place on Pleasant Valley Road in the Town of Yorkshire. Prouty was apprehended by the patrol unit based on two bench warrants issued by the Cattaraugus County Court.
Upon locating Prouty, the patrol officers transported him to Cattaraugus County Jail. He is currently being held pending further court proceedings.
