Olean, NY – At around 7:00 p.m. on June 22, 2024, Derrell Washington, 32, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Court. The arrest was executed by Olean Police before transferring custody to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Washington will remain in the Cattaraugus County Jail until his next court appearance. The arrest was made under CPL 120.60 (01), and the case was investigated by Deputy Gannon with the assistance of Olean Police. Judge Ploetz is presiding over the case.
