Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb announced the arrest of Richard A. Tucker, a 62-year-old resident of Buffalo. The arrest, conducted by the Buffalo Police Department, was in response to a warrant issued for Tucker’s alleged involvement in two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
The incident, which took place on June 19, 2024, saw Tucker taken into custody at 1:00 PM. Following his arrest, Tucker was processed at the Olean Police Department before being remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail pending arraignment.
