(WNY News Now) – Allegany – Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb of Cattaraugus County reported a recent incident involving alleged criminal trespass at the Allegany Walmart, resulting in the arrest of Taylor L. Pilon, 25, of Olean, NY.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Taylor L. Pilon following an incident at the Allegany Walmart located at 1869 Plaza Dr, Allegany, NY 14706. Pilon allegedly entered and unlawfully remained on the premises, despite having received a restriction from property notice in 2023. The incident led to Pilon being charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree.
Pilon was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to face arraignment in the Town of Allegany Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, Pilon is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
