(WNY News Now) – Little Valley – On June 29, 2024, Dontae M. Weakfall-Wright, 19, of Olean, NY, was arrested by deputies investigating an assault incident at the CCSO Jail, prompted by an active warrant issued by the Town of Little Valley Court.
Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb reported an arrest on June 29, 2024, at approximately 10:00 AM on Court St, Little Valley, NY, 14755. Dontae M. Weakfall-Wright, 19, was taken into custody after deputies conducted an investigation into an assault incident within the CCSO Jail premises.
The investigation determined that Weakfall-Wright was wanted under an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Little Valley Court in connection with the assault. Following his arrest, Weakfall-Wright was transported to the Town of Little Valley Court for arraignment. He was subsequently remanded to the CCSO Jail pending further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, Weakfall-Wright is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
