(WNY News Now) – Allegany – On June 20, 2024, at approximately 3:20 PM, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested Molly C. Nicoletta, 41, of Olean, NY, for criminal trespass following two incidents at the Walmart located at 1869 Plaza Dr, Allegany, NY. Despite a restriction from property notice served in 2021, Nicoletta unlawfully entered and remained in the store on two separate occasions.
Nicoletta has been charged with two counts of Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree (PL 140.10a). She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled for arraignment in the Town of Allegany Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, Nicoletta is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
