(WNY News Now) – Dayton – Gary Crispin, 44, of South Dayton, NY, faces charges of criminal contempt following an alleged order of protection violation.
On July 6, 2024, at 11:00 AM, Gary M. Crispin, 44, of South Dayton, NY, was arrested for criminal contempt in the second degree. The arrest followed an investigation into an alleged violation of an order of protection in the Town of Dayton. Crispin has been charged under New York State Penal Law 215.50 (3). He was arraigned the same day in the Town of Persia Court and is scheduled to return to court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, Crispin is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
