(WNY News Now) – Randolph – A routine traffic stop on Interstate 86 led to the arrest of a Pennsylvania man on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

In the Town of Randolph, Jason Bean, 44, of Waterford, PA, was arrested following a traffic stop on Interstate 86. Authorities observed signs of intoxication, prompting a DWI investigation. Upon concluding the investigation, Bean was taken into custody.

Bean was processed and subsequently released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Randolph Court to address the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, Bean is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
