(WNY News Now) – Buffalo – Bradley E. Gabel, wanted on a bench warrant, was arrested and transported back to Cattaraugus County Jail.
On July 8, 2024, at 9:33 PM, Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb reported the arrest of Bradley E. Gabel, 38, from Perrysburg, NY. The arrest took place at the Erie County Holding Center located at 40 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY, 14202.
Gabel was apprehended on a warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court. Following his arrest, he was transported back to the Cattaraugus County Jail in Little Valley, where he is currently held pending further court appearances. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
