(WNY News Now) – MAYVILLE, NY – On July 9, 2024, the Chautauqua County Criminal Investigation Division conducted an investigation that led to the arrest of Robert Kaczor Jr., a 29-year-old male from Fredonia, NY. Kaczor Jr., currently incarcerated at the Chautauqua County Jail, was found to have contacted a protected party by phone. The victim holds a full stay-away order of protection against him.
Kaczor Jr. has been charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. He will be arraigned in front of the CAP Court at the Chautauqua County Jail. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
