(WNY News Now) – Randolph – In a routine warrant arrest, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office apprehended a 42-year-old Olean resident.
Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Christopher T. Cline, 42, of Olean, New York, on July 9, 2024. The arrest took place at 4:15 PM at 269 Main St. in Randolph, NY.
Cline was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant, processed, and subsequently transported to the Town of Allegany for arraignment. Following the arraignment, he was released on his own recognizance. Cline is scheduled to return to the Town of Allegany Court for further proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
