(WNY News Now) – Cummins has issued a statement expressing appreciation for their employees amid allegations of mass walkouts due to working conditions and wages.

In light of allegations of mass discontent amongst Cummins employees and large walkouts, Cummins Director of External Communications, Jon Mills, reached out to WNY News Now last night, where he supplied the following statement on behalf of Cummins:

“We value all employees at JEP and appreciate their continued contributions to our success. We are actively recruiting top talent to join the JEP team and we want to ensure that we retain the top talent we currently have. We are evaluating the best way to ensure employees across JEP have equitable compensation and will make adjustments as needed.   We welcome and value employee input into the best ways to create the right work environment for them and the business.  We appreciate our employees and their contributions and will work collaboratively to reach outcomes that are in the best interest of them, JEP and the greater community.”

Quit covering up the truth. You don’t appreciate any of your employees Let the workers expose you for how your company really treats them. I was wrongly accused and fired because I didn’t fit in the clique..(yes there are cliques everywhere in that place) I worked every day, helped my coworkers volunteered etc but I guess you don’t want people like that. You only wanted to recognize me for being good in keeping a clean work space and my financial contributions to your charities worked there 5 years before some coke head was transferred to my cell and started shit.
