(WNY News Now) – Forestville, NY – An extensive five-month narcotics investigation culminated in significant arrests on Friday afternoon in the Hamlet of Forestville.

Narcotics Investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Dunkirk Police Department, and Jamestown Police Department executed a search warrant at 13 3rd St., Forestville, as well as on a Chevy pickup truck driven by Jason Dolce, 39, of Forestville, and occupied by Allison Pawlowski, 40, of Angola. The search led to the seizure of 82 grams of crack cocaine, scales, packaging materials for drug distribution, and $422 in cash.

Both Dolce and Pawlowski face multiple charges, including two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and two counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree. They were transported to the Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned by the Centralized Arraignment Program. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
