(WNY News Now) – Salamanca – William E. Kelley, 22, faces charges of Menacing 3rd after allegedly threatening physical harm to Seneca Nation Marshals and bystanders on a roadway in Salamanca, NY.
William E. Kelley, 22, was arrested for Menacing 3rd following an incident involving Seneca Nation Marshals. Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call for assistance and discovered Kelley had reportedly threatened physical harm to Marshals and bystanders at a location on Old Route 17. Kelley has been issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Salamanca court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
