(WNY News Now) – ASHFORD, NY – On July 16, 2024, at approximately 5:16 PM, Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb reported the arrest of Katherine M. Loomis, 36. Loomis was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued by Erie County Court.
Upon arrival at the residence, patrol officers located Loomis and subsequently transported her to Springville. There, she was handed over to Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies for further processing. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
