Chautauqua Golf Club Hosts Annual Charity Event for Hospice Care

(WNY News Now) – Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care (CHPC) invites golfers and community members to participate in the Hole Out for Hospice Golf Tournament, scheduled for Friday, August 9th, 2024, at the Chautauqua Golf Club. This event offers a unique opportunity to honor the memory of loved ones while supporting a vital cause.

The tournament is made possible thanks to the generous support of Howard Hanna Holt Real Estate. “We’re excited to partner with Howard Hanna Holt and spend a great day with them on the course. We are grateful for their support,” said Zach Agett, VP of Community Engagement at CHPC.

Participants can sponsor a memorial sign to create a lasting tribute to cherished individuals while helping CHPC provide compassionate care to patients and families facing serious illness. These signs will be prominently displayed on the golf course throughout the day.

Registration for the Hole Out for Hospice Golf Tournament includes 18 holes of golf, a cart, entry into the 50/50 raffle, a gift bag, a light breakfast, food on the turn, and a light dinner.

Don’t miss this chance to give back and have fun! Memorial signs must be reserved by July 29. For more information, visit chpc.care/golf or contact Zach at zacharya@chpc.care.
