Lakewood resident charged with criminal mischief after attempting unauthorized garage entry.
(WNY News Now) – Lakewood – On July 27, 2024, at 12:54 PM, Joseph A. Krall, 42, of Lakewood, was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree. The Town of Ellicott police responded to a reported burglary in progress, where Krall allegedly broke the padlock clasp off a garage door to gain entry without permission.
Krall was promptly transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott court at a later date to answer to the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
