(WNY News Now) – Falconer – Tevin Lise, 33, of Falconer, was apprehended on multiple charges following a domestic incident, including menacing, criminal impersonation, and a parole absconder warrant.

On July 27, 2024, at approximately 11:10 AM, Tevin Lise, 33, was arrested in Falconer, NY, after a domestic incident led to a response from multiple law enforcement agencies. The Town of Ellicott Police Department, with assistance from the New York State Police and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department, responded to the scene where it was reported that Lise had a valid parole warrant and was possibly armed with a firearm.

Lise was charged with menacing in the second degree and criminal impersonation in the second degree. The police were able to take Lise into custody without further incident, and he was subsequently transported to the Chautauqua County Jail. Lise is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to address these charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
