(WNY News Now) – Stockton – On Sunday, July 28th, at approximately 4:16 A.M., Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of property damage in the Town of Stockton. Upon arrival, deputies encountered 39-year-old Justin Horton of Stockton, NY.
Following a thorough investigation, it was determined that Horton intentionally damaged another person’s property without any reasonable justification. As a result, Horton was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
Horton will face charges of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Stockton court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
