In the early hours of July 30, Joshua M. Eddy was arrested on S Main St in Jamestown for criminal possession of a stolen vehicle.
(WNY News Now) – Jamestown – On July 30, 2024, at approximately 3:20 AM, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 3rd platoon encountered a suspicious vehicle parked on the sidewalk in front of an address on S Main St. The officers recognized the vehicle as having been reported stolen from the Village of Lakewood.
Upon investigation, they found Joshua M. Eddy, 36, of Jamestown, sitting in the driver’s seat. Eddy was promptly taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. He has been charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Second Degree and is currently held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
