County Road 26 will undergo essential repairs, leading to temporary closures and urging motorists to seek alternate routes.

(WNY News Now) – BELFAST, NY — Significant repairs on County Road 26 in the Town of Belfast will result in road closures from August 5 to August 8. The repairs aim to replace several culverts, enhancing road safety and infrastructure.

On August 5, County Road 26 will be closed from County Road 16 to Van Allen Road from approximately 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The following three days, August 6, 7, and 8, the closure will extend from Van Allen Road to Lilly Road, with the same daily timeframe.

Motorists are advised that no on-site detour will be available during these periods. Travelers are urged to plan ahead and seek alternate routes to avoid delays and ensure smooth commutes.
