(WNY News Now) – Syracuse, NY – In the early hours of Thursday, August 1st, Syracuse Police responded to a shooting incident on Hampton Road, resulting in one man being hospitalized with a gunshot wound.
At approximately 2:40 A.M., Syracuse Police Officers arrived at the 200 block of Hampton Road following reports of a shooting. On the scene, officers found a 36-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his leg. The victim was quickly transported to Upstate Hospital, where he is in stable condition and expected to survive.
