Gregory M. Pearson receives maximum sentence for multiple counts of predatory sexual assault committed between 2017 and 2021.

(WNY News Now) – LOCKPORT, NY — Niagara County District Attorney Brian D. Seaman announced that Gregory M. Pearson, 34, of Niagara Falls, was sentenced to 50 years to life in state prison for his conviction on multiple counts of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child. The crimes occurred in Niagara Falls between 2017 and 2021.

County Court Judge Caroline Wojtaszek handed down the maximum sentence after Pearson was convicted at trial. “This sentence is exactly what this defendant deserves and ensures he will never harm another child,” stated Seaman.

The case was thoroughly investigated by the Niagara Falls Police Department and prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Rob Zucco and Liesel Marcantonio from the Special Victims Unit.
