(WNY News Now) – Jamestown – John K. Larsen, 66, of Jamestown, faces multiple charges after an alleged domestic dispute escalated to involve child welfare concerns.
On July 29, 2024, the Town of Ellicott Police Department responded to a call reporting a domestic disturbance involving John K. Larsen, 66, of Jamestown. Authorities allege that Larsen harassed the victim, leading to a violation of an active order of protection.
Larsen was charged with Criminal Contempt in the second degree, Harassment in the second degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. After being taken into custody, Larsen was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for a centralized arraignment.
Larsen is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to respond to the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
