(WNY News Now) – Pomfret – A routine traffic stop in Pomfret early Sunday morning resulted in the arrest of a Dunkirk woman on aggravated DWI charges.
In the early hours of August 4, 2024, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) patrol, assisted by Fredonia Police, observed a vehicle and traffic violation on Bennett Road in Pomfret. The vehicle, found to have no tail lights, was stopped, and the operator was identified as Roselia Vega, 50, of Dunkirk, NY.
Upon investigation, officers determined that Vega was driving while intoxicated.
