(WNY News Now) – Cold Spring- Jamestown resident faces charges for $750 THC Cart theft.
Kevin Klemens, 35, of Jamestown, NY, was arrested for petit larceny following an investigation into a shoplifting incident at 2442 W Perimeter Rd, Cold Spring, NY. Klemens allegedly took $750 worth of THC smoking carts from Chronic Link Smoke Shop without paying.
