(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A routine traffic stop in Jamestown has led to the arrest of a Panama, NY, man on multiple charges.
On August 7, 2024, at approximately 10:04 a.m., the Jamestown Police K-9 Unit conducted a traffic stop at 1371 E. 2nd Street. The driver, identified as Pedro F. Rosa, was allegedly found to be operating the vehicle on a revoked license. Further investigation revealed Rosa’s alleged possession of cocaine and a digital scale.
Rosa was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree. He was transported to the City Jail and later released on an appearance ticket for Jamestown City Court.
