BUFFALO, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that a Buffalo, NY, man pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara to receipt of child sexual abuse material, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison, a maximum of 20 years, and a $250,000 fine.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron J. Mango, who is handling the case, stated that between July 8 and August 2020, Odilio A. In total, 30 images and 89 videos of child sexual abuse material were recovered. Some of the images and videos contained depictions of violence against children.

The plea is the result of an investigation the Tonawanda Police Department, under the direction of Chief James Stauffiger.

Sentencing is scheduled for November 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. before Judge Arcara.
