(WNY News Now) – Ellicott – Jena M. Croakman, 32, of Jamestown, faces multiple charges following an alleged burglary and vandalism incident in Ellicott.

On August 11, 2024, at approximately 8:30 AM, Jena M. Croakman, a 32-year-old resident of Jamestown, was arrested on charges related to burglary, criminal mischief, and petit larceny. The arrest followed a police response to a report of a suspicious individual on Buffalo Street Extension in the Town of Ellicott.

According to authorities, Croakman is accused of unlawfully entering a garage, stealing an item, and subsequently causing damage to two windows on a nearby residence. The Town of Ellicott police issued Croakman an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to address the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
