(WNY News Now) – Olean, NY – Olean’s East State Street transformation continues, impacting access and routes in the area.
Construction for Walkable Olean Phase III is in progress along East State Street from Front Street to North Union Street. The work zone spans from Union Street to Clinton Street, with North Barry Street closed at East State Street and Time Square. Visitors to the City Building should use the Time Square entrances, as East State Street building entrances are closed. Sidewalks on East State Street have been removed to facilitate the project. Time Square remains accessible via the north end of North Barry Street, and Police Dispatch can be reached from Time Square.
