(WNY News Now) – Jamestown – A routine response to a domestic dispute in Jamestown led to the arrest of a man wanted for terroristic threats in Pennsylvania.

On the night of August 26, 2024, at approximately 9:44 PM, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd Platoon were dispatched to a Southside address in response to a potential domestic dispute. Upon arrival, they encountered 36-year-old Jamestown resident Shaun P. Clutter. During the course of their investigation, officers discovered that Clutter had an active warrant issued out of Corry, Pennsylvania, for charges related to terroristic threats.

Clutter was immediately taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. He is currently charged as a fugitive from justice and is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. Authorities have not released additional details regarding the original warrant from Pennsylvania. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
