(WNY News Now) – Villenova, N.Y. – An early morning disturbance in Villenova led to the arrest of a Forestville man on charges of criminal mischief and harassment.
On August 28, 2024, at approximately 6:46 a.m., the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department responded to a complaint regarding a past altercation on Bartlett Hill Road in the Town of Villenova. Upon investigation, deputies determined that Kenneth E. Armstrong, a 34-year-old resident of Forestville, NY, had allegedly damaged property belonging to another individual and engaged in unwanted physical contact with the same person.
As a result of the findings, Armstrong was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and Harassment in the 2nd Degree. Following his arrest, Armstrong was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
