(WNY News Now) – Salamanca – On August 29, 2024, at approximately 6:00 AM, Maelyn M. Ordway, 22, of Salamanca, New York, was taken into custody at the Salamanca Police Department. Ordway’s arrest came following a bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court for her failure to appear in a scheduled court session.
Ordway was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail where she will await her next court appearance. The case will be reviewed in the Town of Salamanca Court, under Judge Dicerbo. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
