(WNY News Now) – Coldspring – Vincent L. Sluga, 22, faces charges of Reckless Endangerment after nearly striking a pedestrian in a driveway incident.

On August 29, 2024, at approximately 6:25 PM, Vincent L. Sluga of Coldspring, NY, was arrested on charges of Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree and Unsafe Lane Movement. The arrest follows an investigation into an incident that occurred on Bunker Hill Road.

According to Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb, Sluga was involved in an altercation where he reportedly drove into a victim’s driveway, narrowly missing the individual. The incident prompted a swift response from local law enforcement.

Sluga was arrested, processed, and subsequently released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Coldspring Court at a later date. There was no bail set for the charges.
