(WNY News Now) – Arcade – On August 28, 2024, at approximately 5:00 AM, Brian R. Bleau, 38, of Arcade, NY, was arrested after coming into contact with the Arcade Police Department. Bleau had an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Town of Ashford Court. The arrest occurred at the Arcade Police Department during a custody exchange, where Bleau was then transferred into the custody of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Following his arrest, Bleau was arraigned in the Town of Ashford Court before Judge Hebdon on charges including VTL 0511 (aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle) and CPL 120.60 (related to the execution of arrest warrants). Bleau was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
