(WNY News Now) – Perrysburg – Michael B. Grekulak Sr., 32, was arrested following an investigation into a domestic incident on Mackinaw Road in Perrysburg. The incident occurred on August 28, 2024, and led to charges of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree against Grekulak.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded to the scene after receiving reports of a domestic disturbance. Upon investigation, Grekulak was arrested for damaging property during the altercation, a violation of New York Penal Law 145.05(2).
After being processed, Grekulak was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Perrysburg Court at a later date.
