(WNY News Now) – Napoli – Jayden L. Slaughenhaupt, 25, of Humphrey, NY, was arrested following a domestic incident that occurred on September 8, 2024. The arrest took place in the early hours of September 9 at approximately 12:57 a.m. on Pigeon Valley Road in Napoli, NY.
The investigation revealed that Slaughenhaupt had been involved in a domestic altercation the previous day. Following his arrest, Slaughenhaupt was processed, arraigned, and subsequently released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Humphrey Town Court at a later date to address the charges.
Slaughenhaupt faces three charges: assault in the third degree under Penal Law 120.00(1), harassment in the second degree under Penal Law 240.26(1), and endangering the welfare of a child under Penal Law 260.10(1). As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
