(WNY News Now) – Napoli – A 71-year-old Napoli woman has been charged with harassment following a confrontation on a school bus involving a juvenile.
On September 3, 2024, at approximately 5:00 a.m., 71-year-old Mary E. Allen, a resident of Napoli, New York, was arrested following an incident involving a juvenile on a school bus.
Deputies were dispatched to Pigeon Valley Road after receiving a complaint of harassment. The investigation revealed that Allen had unlawfully boarded a school bus and made physical contact with a juvenile by pushing them. This action led to Allen being charged with harassment in the second degree under New York Penal Law 240.26, which pertains to physical contact during a harassment incident.
Allen was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Napoli Town Court at a later date.
